Honoring 80 Years: The Legacy of Robert L. Boney
Starting on July 6, 2025, I honor what would have been my father, Robert L. Boney’s 80th birthday—born July 6, 1945. I celebrate not only the life he lived, and the enduring legacy he left behind.
Through the Robert L. Boney Endowed Undergraduate Social Work Scholarship at Syracuse University, I continue his unwavering commitment to justice, leadership, and ocmmunity transformation investing in the future leaders of social work.
This is my way of planting seeds that will grow for generations to come. A portion of earnings from speaking, hosting, and coaching has allowed me to give nearly $50,000 since starting the scholarship in 2021. My goal is to contribute an additional $50,000 by 2027.
