Watching great leaders struggle to say no—and burn out while trying to do good work is sad.
Every day, I work with leaders who genuinely care. They step up. They solve problems. They carry the weight. They say yes because they want to help, serve, and make a difference. But every yes has a price. And too often, that price is burnout, strained relationships, decision fatigue, inequitable workloads, and leaders who are running on empty.
I don’t believe leadership should require self-sacrifice as the price of success or to have a greater impact.
I believe courageous, transparent leadership builds healthier people, stronger teams, and better organizations. That’s why I created The Ethics and Equity of Saying No™—to help leaders make courageous, ethical decisions, establish healthy boundaries, distribute responsibilities more equitably, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
To equip 5,200 leaders to make courageous, ethical decisions that protect people, strengthen organizations, and reduce burnout—one courageous conversation at a time. It’s about making room for what matters most.
Because our people, our families, our workplaces, our communities, and our world deserve more.
They deserve leaders who are well, who lead with courage, and pursue results or profits while fiercely protecting and preserving themselves.
Together, let’s lead better—and help people, teams, organizations, and communities achieve more.
Help me equip 5,200 leaders; one courageous decision at a time.
When you invest in your leadership, you invest in others.
